The Cross Groom Texas

 The Cross Groom Texas

The Cross Groom Texas Copyright John McCormack, Albuquerque Realtor

There is a 19-story cross located next to Interstate 40 at Groom Texas. This 190-foot tall free-standing cross can be seen from twenty miles away.   Many claim this cross to be the largest in the Western Hemisphere.

Each time Debbie and I are passing through Groom Texas we make a point to stop and absorb the life size stations of the events that lead up to the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It’s a very powerful experience.  We hope if you are in the area you too will take the time to enjoy The Cross.  It is FREE to the public.

Wishing you and yours a peaceful and Blessed Easter weekend as Christians around the world reflect upon the Death, Burial and Resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Good evening friends.

It's great to see each of you this afternoon and thank you for taking time to check out "The Cross" located in Groom Texas.  We wish each of you could actually see The Cross for yourself.  Words or video just don't do it justice.  If you're ever in the Groom Texas area The Cross is a must see and it's totally FREE.  Just stop in, walk around at your own pace and enjoy the tranquility this place offers.

Wishing each of you a Easter Weekend filled with peace, joy and love and we were meant to feel every day of our lives.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
