I am tempted to fly out for this event. If we make it...this could be my one chance to have a RECORD.

John - Great! I wish I could attend but the last time I attempted such a task it didn't turn out so good. I think I need professional pumpkin carving training! Good post.

Hi John those are some really large carved pumpkins.  I hope everything is going well for you.

Sounds like alot of fun and all for a good cause.  If you do it, carve from the inside and keep a thin layer of orange skin intact.  When it's lit you can see the design but when it's not it looks uncarved.

I would be there if I were in the area...sounds like a lot of fun.  I hope they break the record!

You have to laugh (or I do anyway) at some of the crazy things Guinness (the non beer Guinness lol) chooses to create world records for.

Anyway enjoy it my friend

John it sure sound slike some fun. It could get messy with all those pumpklin seeds flying everywhere. Maybe that is just when i am carving though... You really got a good conversation going on FB with the health care. It si to bad we do not hear that ion a national level on the major networks.

Good morning friends.  Debbie and I are in hopes of going to the carving contest and catch enough to build a YouTube of all the fun.  That's still pending on work as it begins at 3pm on a Saturday and it's in Northern Rio Rancho NM.

Thanks for all your support each of you are truly appreciated my friends.
