Is It Possible To List and Sell My NM Home The Same Day, 901 Swallow Dr Albuquerque NM, Realtor, Home, Real Estate, John McCormack, 505.980.4576, Listing, Buying

I was recently asked if it was possible to list and sell my NM home the same day.  The answer is a resounding YES  it can and does happen just as in the case of 901 Swallow Drive Albuquerque NM.  I listed and sold this NM home the same day!  But this not necessarily the norm.  Typically here in the Albuquerque, Rio Rancho and Surrounding NM areas it takes at least a  few days if not weeks or months before we have a perfect buyer for your home.  Every now and then the stars do line up and we bring the perfect NM home buyer and seller together quickly just as it did with 901 Swallow Drive.

The home seller had this home priced correctly in order to get it sold.  Not a give away price but where it should be priced according to surrounding comparable sales. The home was also clean, neat and ready to show.  The buyer was pre-qualified and knew the area, size and price they wanted to purchase their home in this created a perfect scenario for both buyer and seller.

We are now working towards a smooth closing that should take place in about 30 days.  Needless to say both home buyers and sellers are excited and I am working closely with both to keep things focused and on track to meet their Albuquerque real estate goals.

Great point John, and I caution sellers it could happen and it will be time to move NOW, or very shortly.

What you here with the quick sale is two things, we priced it too low, and they feel the REALTOR is overpaid.

CONGRATULATIONS JOHN, Great job as usual getting the home sold in ONLY 1 day. Thanks for the comment yesterday and the SUGGEST. It just seems AR gets hot on someone and they get a bunch of featured and then you go to the bottom of list and couldn't hit the water with a beach ball if you were standing in The middle of the Ocean.

Wow congrats to you folks as that certainly is avery special event to list and get a contract in one day. I hope the public who reads this does not get  the idea this is the norm or close to it.
