John,
Nice title for this shot. Like the perspective of it. :)
Steve
Hi John. Isn't that a John Denver title? Four wheelers help a lot.
With just a few words John, you said it all. We're bracing for the storm that's expected by Monday evening...hope the the meteorologists are really wrong this time!
John, Is this from your Alabama trip? This doesn't seem like the greenery I've seen around the Q city, but maybe I just haven't been to the right place.
Good morning John. What a great shot this is. I feel like I want to jump into the picture. Nicely done my friend.
I never saw a dirt road or even a back road that I didn't like. I am now driving my 17th SUV, I guess that speaks for itself. Some roads that I have done, have been breathtaking.
Love the title of your post Q Man, and the photo says it all..............I'd travel that road.
Roger AKA: The Mess
Okay my country road will be lined with down trees ...shortly...can you believe they are blowing the leaves off the Golf Course next to me right now in the 30 mile an hour winds!! lol
John, looks like a great place to take a walk and gather your thoughts! Enjoy your day!
John, now that's a country road if I ever saw one! You can certainly get some peace and reflect on many things and take in all that nature has to offer, that's for sure.
You always put up the best pictures John. This is one very cool looking country road. I can hear John Denver singing it right now...
John Great shot - that would fit in a lot of places in the country, but not as good as it dord in NM :)
Good morning Friends and thanks for dropping by today. This was taken in a rural town in Northern Alabama. John Denver could easily been singing about this road .....
I hope you each have an awesome Sunday and blessings for those that are bracing for the big storm. Prayers for safety my friends.
Beautiful shot John and bet you and Debbie sang that song a few days back!
...to grandma's place with the smell of a freshly baked apple pie wafting through the air. Nice photo John.
I want to walk on that path and visit who ever it is that lives there! Wow. What a nice pic. Where is this?
John, those road are the most fun to take and see where they lead you! Happy Sunday!
Hi John - If it's for sale I will buy it!! Looks like a great place to call home. Regards Dave
Lovely photo, John. Ah, to be coming home on a road like that, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Now all I can hear John Denver singing that song - Take me home, country road. To the place I belong...
Okay ... now I can't get that song out of my head :) Happy Sunday to John & Debbie!
This picture should be in the photo book that you publish.
We are in a storm watch mode in Maryland. Every family should be reviewing their emergency safety plans.
Have a very special week. Enjoy the colors of autumn with your camera in hand.
John - Beautiful photo, and love the red gate. Nothing wrong with a little John Denver, too!
John, That looks like so many of the driveways to the houses in our area that you can't see from the road. Thanks for sharing your country road.
Q-I can hear the sweet lyrics of John Denver's song ring in my ears! Thanks for the photo-Adrian
John - this picture could be a postcard. Nothing like a charming country road with a red gate - love it!
Hi John, What a great photo. You captured the essence of the Country Road.
John,
Another great picture and if I remember right there is a popular song that uses those words.
John,
What a great shot, and now I will have that song in my head for a long time. And, I have to find a country road. Thanks for sharing the highlights of your trip with us, and we are hoping the storm heading East will not make as much mayhem as is predicted. A
What a great picture John. Another photo that could be a postcard. I wanted to tell you i enjoyed reading your "meet the person" series. What a great idea. Have a good night
John, this could be a place here in Lewisburg WV...you know I love the title...take me home country roads...to the place I belong West Virginia :)
John,
Congratulations. Your post is now featured in "Silent Saturday." :)
Steve
It's like a movie or something, I can totally see two young lovers walking down that path, popping blueberries into each other's mouths and laughing.
John, that picture is beautiful and makes me want to run away and never look back. Thanks for the brief escape in my head, have a lovely day! --Krystal
I missed this one...Great picture. Have a wonderful day.
Hi John,
Love the name and the picture is so pretty with the red fence half opened. I wish I was there right now. Thanks.
