Tread lightly, leave no trace good advice for our short time here on the revolving blue and green marble.

Good morning, John.... when recycling is made easy, everyone does it.... our town has a receptacle on wheels for recycling and a separate for trash....  you roll it to the curb once a week and the town dumps the containers.... I recycle now.

Good morning John,

Recycling is so easy..we have the same as Barbara..a big blue bin we roll to the curb every other week!

John, we have been recycling for years. The county provides two bins, one for glass and plastic and one for paper products. Works well and becomes a habit! Enjoy your day!

So glad that Alburquerque is joining in the movement to honor and preserve Mother Earth.  We have a beautiful country, each region with its own special terrain, and we need to finally respect our world for future generations to inherit.

John, great way to encourage more people to recycle.  Thanks for sharing Albuquerque's FREE program.  Hoepfully other cities will follow Albuquerque's lead.  Now let's see I think I have quite a few items to go in that FREE bag.

Hi John -- it seems recycling is our way of life now -- reuse, reduce and recycle.   Remember to keep those bags in the car and to keep them clean!

By the way - congratulations on passing another milestone -- 400,000 points!

John,

Debbie told us on Facebook yesterday she was getting up early every morning, making grand kids breakfast and then getting them off to school. So what have you been up to?

Good post and Albuquerque is doing the right thing by giving out a recycle bag.

Have fun on your trip.

It is so much easier to use a bag like this..no sorting and just like taking out the trash. We got some free bags in Boston then you were later told to buy them once your supply ran out.

very helpful information John!

John (QMan)-When recycling is made easier, more people are willing to do it.  We have 2 bins (1 for paper and another for glass, plastic and cans) that are picked up once a week.  Very easy to do !
