Dogs vs Kids

Dogs vs Kids Schnauzer, Dogs, Kids, john mccormack, realtor, albuquuerque homes realty

Remember, dogs are better than kids because they:

(1) eat less,
(2) don't ask for money all the time,
(3) are easier to train,
(4) normally come when called,
(5) never ask to drive the car,
(6) don't smoke or drink,
(7) don't get tossed in jail,
(8) don't have to buy the latest fashions,
(9) don't need a gazillion dollars for college and
(10)If they get pregnant, you can sell their children ...

John, I like this, and same with kitties!     At our age, pets are the best choice!

Ha, ha, ha! So funny! I had to laugh because I was sort of baby hungry a couple years ago as our boys got to be 9 and 11. I got a chihuahua instead. She's enough work. And when I've just had it with her, I can lock her in her kennel! Dhs frowns on that with children!

I figure this one may tick some off but hey..... It's all in good fun with a dash of truth :)

Animal lovers will agree!

This is very, very funny!

And, our dogs love us unconditionally!  Although, I do love my mother unconditionally too :)

John~ there's no question, the fence is green on both-sides....Although-"dogs cost less"-but you end-up cleaning-up after them forever.....too funny and thanks for all of your support!

Oh John!

This was too funny! I owned the type of dog in the photo above, he frayed my nerves more then my children. I had to give him away to someone that had more patience to deal with him.

HAHA! I love both my children and pets (2 dogs and a cat), however you do bring up some good points here ;)

Hope you are having a great week thus far!

John, Dogs are not FREE, but offer so much love and affection to their human companions that it's easy to justify feeding them, caring for them, paying their medical bills and picking up all their crap.

Although I deeply love both of our children, they have never shown nearly as much excitement when I walk through the door as our canine Grandchild, Brewser.  Not once have they even wagged their tail.  ;-)  Best wishes always.

And number eleven should be if you don't want them to get pregnant, you can have them fixed.

John: After a long day this is exactly the funny I needed!  Richard's comments made me snort!

John,

You are so funny, I love #10....and I would add that Dogs encourage you to exercise, because they like long walks.  Happy Tuesday, LOL A

I have to agree, it made me smile but am not sure my kids would care for it. Thanks!

My dogs have their own car - it was either that or me getting a bad back putting my 80lb mail into the back of my SUV.....fortunately, their paws don't reach the pedals

Awe, so cute. I have an 11 year old schnauzer exactly like the one in your pic!

Those are all the reasons I got a dog instead of having a third child ;)

Posted by Athina Boukas, Broker/CRS (Keller Williams Realty (Greensboro, NC)) 8 months ago

All great points, John! LOL!  But I still wouldn't trade mine for anything!!!

John, while those are all great things to ponder, just make sure you remember that your children will take care of you when you're old. Dogs, not so much.

I love item # 10.  But wait, can't I sell my daughter's first born.....  Ha!  Not a chance, if she ever gives me a grandchild, I would probably sell Will before the grandbaby

After the music we just experienced trying to get a stubborn, tired grandson to go to bed, I sadly must agree with many of those points.
