Good morning John,
You are so right..real estate transactions can be as sticky as a Prickly Pear so in Albuquerque you need to call John McCormack to guide you through a seamless transaction!!
John, It's been quite awhile since I've seen a prickly pear in person. We had some cactus growing up in Lousisiana, but I think I managed to avoid getting stuck. Bill
John, so you think not all real estate transactions go smoothly? Very true. Good analogy! Enjoy your day!
The last thing you want to do is be stuck with an uncaring agent. Be smart call John McCormack in NM.
Thanks, John, for sharing your photograph.
Have an outstanding week and be sure to have your camera in hand to capture the special moments that you will want to share.
John, that cactus just does not look that inviting! Yes, I love it when other business owners tell me how easy real estate is to do and how they could do it well....
LOVE IT, John! I suggested it for a feature! That photo really does often apply! Bravo in summing it up like that!
What a gorgeous photo John and yes, great imagery and I am going to suggest also because it's a great metaphor.
I would definitely call you if I was buying or selling a home in the Q!
Good morning, John. I love the analogy and the picture. I've had a few that were very thorny.
John: Sage advice in my book. Consumers would be wise to put your services to work for them.
Good morning John.
Well said.
The photo reflects the comment above.
Have a nice day.
Good morning John,
So true, but the prickly transactions can make your day when it all comes together. Great photo choice with your post!
Ouch John. It hurts to look at that cactus. Glad the folks in Albuquerque have you to help them navigate around the sticking points.
Good morning, John -- such a great photograph and one that illustrates this point so well. Proper representation will help both buyers and sellers avoid the sticky situations.
Real Estate transactions can bite like prickly pear too, John. But when they do close, it's all good.
Love the prickly pear analogy, if a buyer is looking for an Alburquerque home for sale, John McCormack at (505) 980-4576 is who they need to call.
John, great post today as some are not smooth like we all would hope, and takes a great professional to get them to close!
John, Yes they can and those stickers hurt.
Good Morning John, That is so true. I LOVE your picture. Have a great Monday
John - cactus can be so pretty as demonstrated in your photo - love the colors! Have a great week!
John ~ NIce pic. As I look at this picture, I envision walking through a maze. While there are many areas that are smooth, there are sometimes surprises. Some can be enjoyable while others can be a pain. :)
John,
I just read an article on making prickly pear jam this weekend! FYI . . . if you get stickers in your fingers, put duct tape on them and pull it off.
It really is amazing the spectrum a real estate transaction can run and a great Realtor is ready for any scenario!
Have a great week!
John, I've learned about prickly pears...DON'T TOUCH!! Those little stickers are a bear! These photos are from prickly pears that were transplanted from Wisconsin to Illinois, cuttings were later relocated here in Alabama.
John, That is a very true statement! Great photo to illustrate it! Have a great night!
John - That's a true statement about the prickly pear and about real estate. Great photo!
I love the look of those prickly pears and can imagine them in a couple recipes I have. But, the thought of even getting to them is one thing, and quite another to harvest them. Still the thought of the taste of them is oh so tempting:-)
You're a genius when it comes to connecting your real estate expertise to your beautiful photographs! Call John McCormack for the BEST service when buying or selling Albuquerque real estate!
John~ nobody does it better, way to make a cactus and real estate important, great post!
