Ask - Seek - Knock - Even In Real Estate
This morning I was talking with the Lord while enjoying a stroll, you know, walking and talking like old friends do. So I was saying to Him how I really enjoy my job helping others meet their real estate needs and how Debbie and I really like being busy and are grateful for all the work He sends our way. I let Him know how I really want and need two of my listings to sell quickly. Not only for me but more importantly for my sellers who have both moved on and really need to get their homes sold.
Today I received offers on both homes yes you’re reading that right... both homes have good offers coming in this afternoon. I give all the glory to Him and remember that we are told to, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. Matthew 7:7
Now I ask Him for the knowledge and skills to bring these Albuquerque home buyers and sellers together and work in making these transactions continue on a smooth path. Do I ask, seek, knock even in real estate? You bet I do and hope you do too.

I said Amen to that! I'm really glad that you raised the name of God with all your listings and by praising his name on this post. This really one of God's miracle that PRAYERS is really a powerful tool. And me too, I always ask God for knowledge so that I can do my job well. Wisdom everyday, so that I can live my life well. And most of all I ask God more offers so that I can quickly sell all my listings. All of this are true, you need to ask God the things that you need by PRAYERS and he will surely answer it, not right away at all times. But instead in God's time! I am so glad we connected my brotha!!!! That is how you do, if you are humble and wise that is. Thanks for the reminder I gotta do the same thing and maybe just maybe this is why I couldnt sleep, (which is extremely rare) and decided to jump in the rain for a few.

Good morning John. I did the same thing last night after an awful day (or Irmas that is as she speaks spanish and has had to deal with this buyer nightmare!). I prayed a great deal last night and what was great about the night was I just decided to let go - Two of our listings we launched this month BOTH recieved contracts (one multiples) and the sellers are so excited! (one of the listings is the one that I had under contract in two days and had to back out for health reasons - I told the sellers it just wasn't to be and something better would come along (they are the ones getting 3 offers today!). SO prayer works and always has for me. Oh and of course I rest John (i only did 5 min video lol)

I ask for that help often. Oh Please let me get this buyer settled; Oh please let me help this seller; Oh please let me make this putt. And sometimes he hears me.
I love this because it is far to easy to try to go it alone. We need to remember that God is there if we only will ask him in!
