I made a NICE rental leasing fee yesterday by 1) answering my phone; 2) having the key to the property; 3) getting their early to turn on the lights and AC; 4) SHOWING UP and taking an applicants application and CHECK...I'll write and deliver the lease TODAY and she will move in on TUESDAY....her SALES agent left for Europe last Wed.....
So are we John. We have a Relo client visiting here today so that we can work with them all day Sunday and Monday. Nice way to get the word out about calling Mr Q!

I too always had a hard time not working on Labor Day. Strange to not do so given its name.
