OMG, take me to New Mexico-the twists and turns of real estate could not be more aptly expressed than thru this gorgeous photo of red rocks and rapids.

Hi John - Nice photo of the river - that looks like great hiking territory. And that's also a great analogy for real estate, and you'd be my guide for negotiating difficult real estate terrain in the Albuquerque area.

I like the analogy and I'd like to paddle down the stream in a slow moving canoe for a while!

Hi John, A very good anaology between the wild Rio Grande and Real Estate. Honestly I could not begin to guess which would win for being the most inconsistent and difficult to navigate.

I had a lot of fun riding the rapids on the Rio Grande a few years ago. There certainly are a lot of twists and turns! For help navigating the twists and turns of real estate in the Albuquerque area, call John McCormack!

John, i missed the rapids coming down to see you and Deb in NM but the Rio Grande was ever present along the highway. Real estate for buyers and sellers is a windy road so prepare and have the best representation with the Albuqurque man that knows his backyard.
