John, now that's the way I expect an entrance to a 10 acre property to look like in NM. There is no doubt you will find the right buyer for this Pecos NM land sale.

Your ten acres in a community sounds great. Being able to have horses should attract a lot of buyers. It is so convenient to be able to keep them at home as opposed ro having to board them somewhere. The area seems to be lovely.

Like Tammie says, that entrance is what I'd expect if I was looking for land. It's really hard to find land for sale with a post marker, especially if it's hidden by tall grass.  I think where most people struggle, is to find the right land. A landmarker sure helps!

Who wouldn't want to own land today? With interest rates this low, this is the perfect opportunity. I hear opportunity knocking and you've got just the right place!

10 Acres For Sale State Rd 34 Pecos NM 87562 is a great price at $77,500!  It will make a great place for a home or a second home! The feel and look of being far out yet just a quick commute to Santa Fe or Albuquerque. 

Backing up to the National Forest is a great plus!  Yes, horses could be rode in that area.  Why not?  Who wouldn't want to live in the Land of God?  If you are interested call me or if you have someone that might be the ready to build their dream home on 10 acres let me know.  I love referrals !
