I'll never forget, taking my Grandmother home to Deer Isle Maine after she had wintered with us.  She was slouching in the seat and she looked out over the bay as we came to Caterpillar Hill, perked up and said "wellsa, now we're in God's Country."  That is exactly what I thought of when I saw these photos of Placitas NM, what a wonderful place to call home.

Hi John: Enjoyed your blog and description of properties in Placitas. Placitas is what we are looking for! My wife and I plan to retire to Placitas in about 5 years. However, we are looking for a home of about 1600 sq.ft, just enough for the two of us. Also much lower cost. Does anything exist that fits our needs? Thanks.

Good Morning, Munawar

Thank you for your inquiry for properties in the Placitas community.  I just did an open end search for all Placitas homes currently listed for sale.  They start at $151K for a 720 sq.ft to $899K for 4,197 sq.ft.  There are 6 listings priced at $300K and below.  Munwar, I am happy to provide you a link to homes that fit your criteria.  If you have a price cap I can send everything below that cap amount.  If that sounds like something you wish to do please respond here or better yet just email me at John@AlbuquerqueHomes.com or call 505-980-4576.

Thank you,

John McCormack
