University of New Mexico Lobos Football

New Mexico LobosOne sure sign that summer is fading and fall creeping in is College Football.  Some good friends of ours were quite generous and offered us tickets to the second game for the University of New Mexico Lobos Football. (Spanish for wolf). It was a beautiful sunny day with light cloud cover and a perfect setting for the Lobos to take on the Texas Tech Red Raiders.  We captured some band footage and stadium photos just prior to the game.  The game kicked off and Tech scored twice before the dark clouds rolled in behind us and officials called a lightning delay.  Sure enough just moments later lightning was striking around us and fans began pouring out of their seats and then the rain came.  Officials extended the delay for at least another 30 minutes.  Tech enjoyed a romp over our Lobos with a final score of 59-13.  We enjoyed the game and the time we spent at the Stadium. We support our Lobos and University of New Mexico Athletics.  Are you ready for some football?
