Out of the two sales the home that sold for 309,900 was an REO bank owned property but sold quickly in just 29 days. The home was a popular floor plan although each home has its distinction. The second home sold for $525,000 but was one of the rare custom homes that fringes the outer edges to the South and East of Bosque Del Rio.
