- Sales prices ranged from a Low $175K to a High $247,900
- Average sales price for the 11 homes was $199,332
- Size of homes ranged from a Low 1415 sq.ft to a High 2687 sq.ft
- The average SOLD size of a Story Rock home has 1893 sqft
- The average price per foot came in at $108.05
- The average days on market was 65. The High DOM 229, Low 3
- The first sale was on 1/27/12 the last was on 11/30/12
Currently there is One “Active” home for sale in the Story Rock Community
- 6004 Stoney Bluff Ct NW priced at $219K for 2107 sq.ft.
One “Short Sale” in the community is currently in a “pending approval” status
- 4951 Star Kachina St. Asking price at point of “Pending” was $220K for 2009 sq.ft.
