Anyone who follows my blog knows I’m a huge fan of the photo program Picnik. You might say I’m a Picnik pro having used it almost every day for the last few years to tweak my personal and professional MLS/staging photos.
I already offer professional MLS photography to Realtors in my area, which is limiting.
However, I am now offering the service of taking your MLS photos and editing them for you. You can send up to 30 photos and I will take them from good to spectacular!

Almost any photo can and will look better with editing. I use it to enhance the colors, crop, resize, brighten or darken and rotate a lopsided picture. Almost any photo is salvageable...
With the clone feature, I can get rid of cords and wires that really show up in photos. Below is a photo where I “cloned out” the plant tags that where distracting and took away from the photo. This can also be done inside with chords, wires or shadows…
