How does your home compare to others in the area? Take a photo of the front of your home and then ask yourself if it compares to other homes on the market, and on your street. What do you see as you approach the front porch? Does the home look tired and in need of repairs? Chances are if you are questioning it, the buyers will too.
Landscaping ~ Are the bushes and lawn neat and tidy? When was the last time you pruned those Azaleas and Birch Trees?
