When you advertise your home listings on AR do you share ActiveRain comments with your clients?
We email listing clients links to all marketing that their home is placed on so they can actually see and know I am working (hard) for them. I’m not lazy and just tossing one photo and a couple of sentences on the MLS and calling it good. I am pushing their home as hard and as far online as possible.
As Realtors we know and do our best to educate our home sellers that today's home buyers search the world wide web long before ever making contact with a Realtor®. Personally I want home buyers to find my clients home everywhere they look! In my long list of links I include my ActiveRain post with all your comments. I find this is very impressive to my real estate clients to see that savvy, professional and intelligent Realtors near and far are reading and responding to the blog on their home. So my question is..... Do you share ActiveRain comments with your clients?
