Dear Real Estate Agent No MLS Photos = No Veiwing From Us

Dear Listing Agent,
We are diligently looking for a home in the Denver metro area, have never been to Denver, and being transferred from Europe.      We need to have our list of homes to see during our few days allocated to view homes in the area.     We are looking for certain qualities in a home, as well as what the back yard has to offer.     When you said it was luxurious and a must see custom kitchen, you had me at HELLO!

You have all the upgrades listed, sounds beautiful, spacious and ready to move in.    Sure wish you would have put photos in the MLS, as when No Photos Available shows up, we tend to pass over each of these listings.     We wondered why your listing was on the market for nearly two years, and have had several price reductions!    

Without seeing photos, I will need to pass, as with our limited time in Denver, we need to see the homes in person that we have chosen to be sure we have scheduled our time wisely.    
Sure wish we could have seen some photos, sure sounded like a great house, but how would we know ....

Unbelievably, there were several way above the median price with NO PHOTOS!    These were not new construction, and wondered why these sellers have not discovered WHY their home is still on the market!      Too bad they did not hire a listing agent that could market their home properly with as many photos as possible!    This is so critical is today's real estate market where most buyers search for their homes months prior to their purchase!
