Following the purchase of our new home in Rio Rancho, we reflected back over the past 20 years and counted twelve moves that included more than 13 real estate purchases and sales in different locations in the USA. John listened carefully to what I indicated I wanted in a home and location and in what price range and then worked tirelessly to find properties, which met my desires. His knowledge of the particular neighborhoods in which we looked and the Albuquerque Metro area in general were of great value in finding just the right home. As a result of his knowledge and research, neither one of us ever wasted any time in fruitless searches of properties of no interest to me. Additionally, through John's sophisticated and easily navigable website and related links, I was able to effortlessly, via my own computer, preview a wide variety of homes from which I distilled just those I really wanted to see.
I will (and have) easily recommend John to anyone I know who needs real estate help in the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho Area. He's the best.
