The American Heart Association has prepared a hilarious video to help spread the message that CPR should focus only on chest compressions. According to new research breathing into the person’s mouth is no longer considered necessary.
I for one had not heard of this but it is great information that everyone should be made aware. This is something all of us can do if put in the situation. Spread the word and help another stay alive by pushing hard!! Save a life!
