My wife and I try to make a point to personalize our relationship with each real estate client. More times than not when home-buyers are relocating to Albuquerque they have a list of questions as to where we shop, dine out, where the nearest post office is, where the best deals are the list goes on and on. This is when we normally take the opportunity to ask if they are looking for a community Church. Then we invite them to go with us. Never pushy we just toss the invitation in with the other local information. We have taken several clients to Church and as it turns out some clients are now attending and others are finding alternate paths. The way I see it we are making a lasting impression on our clients opening up and showing them a personal side that many Realtors dare not show. So while some Realtors take their clients to dinner I take mine to Church.
